Detailed container information—including capacity, secondary containment characteristics, drainage pathways, and other 40 CFR 112 requirements—is documented and maintained within the system to support ongoing compliance.

Using an easy-to-use tablet or mobile device, inspectors can complete routine SPCC inspections by answering standardized inspection questions directly in the field, eliminating the burden of paper-based recordkeeping. The patented mapping feature guides inspectors—especially those unfamiliar with the facility layout—directly to each inspection point, ensuring all containers and containment areas are properly inspected. Managers and compliance personnel can remotely access SPCC inspection records, corrective actions, dashboards, and reports through the EHSTracks web application. Inspection reports can be downloaded in PDF and Excel formats, supporting regulatory reporting, internal audits, and spill prevention planning.
