EPA’s leak repair rule at 40 CFR 84.106 requires owners of appliances holding 15 or more pounds of HFC refrigerant to inspect for leaks, repair them, and keep dated records for at least three years. EHSTracks has no dedicated refrigerant product, and that is exactly the kind of program FLEX is for.
