Frequency Groups run inspection schedules on autopilot — named, repeating schedules with configurable cadence, start date, and minimum-days spacing. Assign schedules per inspection-point type at the product level, with area-level overrides. The system runs itself every night: it closes expiring inspection windows, records misses, opens the next window, and recalculates every point's status. Live status counts are visible on the facility dashboard at any time.
Inspectors work through areas of a facility answering dynamic inspection questions per point, with photos attached to any answer. Question sets are determined automatically by product type, point type, and the point's physical attributes. Answering a deficiency automatically creates a corrective-action (Repair) record so nothing is lost. Skip with reason for points that can't be inspected.
